ELUVAC – Automated Solid Phase Extraction

Vacuum Manifold for Solid Phase Extraction

The EluVac vacuum manifold allows simultaneous processing up to 20 samples under vacuum. It is the ideal solution for enriching, concentrating and isolating analytes using solid phase extraction.

It is mechanically and chemically robust, fl exible and can optimally be used for a wide range of matrices in environmental, food and feed, pharmaceutical and clinical applications.

A special highlight: By simply turning the head, you can switch from the “waste” to the “collect” position without disassembling the device.

Racks for ten 60 mL and twenty 4 mL as well as for six 100 mL round bottom bottles (NS 29/32) are available for the manifold.

For waste, either a 600 mL beaker glass is placed directly in the system or a central tube leads the waste into an external container. Thus the EluVac device can also be used for large volume samples e.g. water or milk.

The determination of the hydrocarbon oil index in surface, industrial and process water in compliance with EN ISO 9377-2 (H53) is daily routine in many laboratories. Using intelligent sample preparation can reduce time and costs for the analysis significantly.

The LCTech Elufix columns can be used for all kinds of samples. They are delivered factory sealed and can be instantly used without further pre-treatment. The single-use columns are filled with 2g, 4g or 10g of activated Florisil and 2g anhydrous sodium sulphate. The use of inert materials like glass, fiber glass and PTFE excludes interactions with the analytes as well as contaminations.
