Normal operating hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, Monday – Friday. Should you call at any other time, you may leave a message with your name and telephone number. Your request will be acknowledged and acted upon at the beginning of the next working day.

Product Returns:

Products can be returned if unopened and 3 months of shelf life remaining. Approval for the return can be obtained by contacting Customer Service (orders@pickeringlabs.com). A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be given with instructions for the return. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied. Custom formulations, including custom pH, cannot be returned.
